Taking the track title as a starting point, Notice Bureau looked to the Postmodernist movement in music and art for inspiration. One of the important aspects of the movement was nonsense, and its defining moment in art was Marcel Duchamp’s exhibition of a urinal. And so they came up with this video - which is utter nonsense.
around the world
July 27th, 2007not that moving from one state to another could possibly count for world travel, but the two states furthest and several timezones apart in the states qualify for a different trip than the one to your corner store. they are 2906 miles apart and if you would not experience any traffic delays you could drive it in one day and 19 hours.
thats right i researched it. with the help of this electromagnetic globe that floats in the air as if by magic. and when I say “as if by magic” I mean by actual magic. how else would you explain it? physics? ha! i laugh at your physics. This, my friends, is sorcery.

addiction vs. practice
April 10th, 2007a train of thought kept crashing broadside through my head through yoga practice. one can argue anything and i am always amused how we justify the way we live.
practice=good=need
addiction=bad=want (too much)
now we just define what exactly each of those IS and since we all want to be good (assumption!), voilà - recipe found.
when you become obsessive about your practice will it become an addiction? and when do we want more than we need? always. is too much of a good thing not just wonderful?
practice is a routine and habit. but wait; so is addiction. only that is not what we want.
help? anyone?
